  • This contemporary modern class focuses on dynamic movement, flow, and creating an expansive body.

Students will focus on alignment as well as full articulation of the spine. You will learn how to get the most out of the depth of your plié. We will also play with momentum and use of the floor in our explorations.

Students will discover sequences through initiation points and cross lateral pulls, which will help develop awareness of how the body can flow through space with grace and attack.
