I am a fitness enthusiast who grew up in San Francisco with Baker Beach, Ocean Beach and Golden Gate Park as my backyard playgrounds.

I've always loved group fitness and I love Buti Yoga workouts because they combine HIIT w/ dance and yoga movement allowing me to have my cake and eat it too!

I stand by a simple mantra—in order to change your body and mind, you must challenge your body and mind.

Let loose. Step out of your comfort zone. Try something new and reach a whole new level of fitness fueled by positive energy and a boundless supply of endorphins.

    HIIT kicks the body into a heightened metabolic state optimizing the body's metabolism for up to 36 hours beyond the time of workout.

    The name Buti is derived from a Marathi word, meaning “the cure to something hidden or kept secret”.
